Droplet Weather is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Don't abuse the service — no scraping, reselling, or interfering with the servers that power the app.
Forecasts, marine conditions, alerts, historical averages, and AI-generated insights are provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Never rely on the app as your sole source for safety-critical decisions.
Droplet Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your App Store account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
An account is optional. You're responsible for the activity on yours. You can delete your account and synced data in-app at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. If a change materially affects a paid feature, we'll say so in the release notes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
