On your device. If you sign in (optional), trips also sync to your account so they follow you across devices and survive a lost phone. Without an account, deleting the app deletes your trips.
Email us the place, date, and what looked off (a screenshot helps enormously). Forecasts come from professional weather models and are refreshed continuously, but every model misses sometimes — reports like yours help us tune which data we show.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or in the App Store app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and synced data.
Check that notifications are enabled both in the app (Settings → Notifications) and in iOS Settings for Droplet Weather. Trip reminders and daily briefings are scheduled on your device, so the app needs to have been opened recently enough to have fresh forecasts. Weather alerts (adverse conditions, air quality) are sent from our servers and have their own toggles in the app.
